| Details: Citizens lake is a large park with two lakes connected by a narrow inlet. The lakes are stocked with several varieties of fish. The park also has camp sites available with hook ups.
In addition, the Monmouth Municipal pool is located at Citizens lake and is open all summer.
Field of Dreams, a local volunteer organization, put in and maintains 2 ball diamonds on the north side of the park. | | | Offerings: Camping Fees:

Regulations:
1. Keep camp area clean.
2. Fires must be in stoves or designated campfire areas.
3. Quiet enforced after 10:00 PM.
4. All pets must be on a leash.
5. Take care to protect trees, shrubs,
flowers, grass, water, and other natural
resources of Citizens’ Lake.
6. Park is closed to all but registered campers between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
7. All camps must have adult leadership.
Fishing Regulations:
Species: Channel Catfish Size Limit: None.
Catch Limit: 6 fish daily creel limit.
Species: Large or Small Mouth Bass
Size and Catch Limit: 1 fish over 15”
5 fish less than 12”.
Species: Bluegill and / or Redear.
Size Limit: None.
Catch Limit: 25 fish daily creel limit.
State stocked with Rainbow Trout
in fall. No trout can be taken from October 1 through the third Sunday in October. Daily creel limit for trout taken from this water is five.
All fish: 2 pole and line fishing only.
